Refund policy
We stand behind ShowerStar with a full 90-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at infoshowerstar@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at infoshowerstar@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will cover all costs and resolve the situation promptly at no expense to you.
The fastest way to exchange your item is to return it following the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification — in addition to our standard 90-day policy. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
