Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment at any time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. ShowerStar is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in this case.
